A three-seater settee designed by Ole Wanscher for the cabinetmaker A J Iversen during the 1940s.
The sofa is constructed from solid mahogany and the piece has retained its original dark grey wool upholstery and taupe grosgrain trim. The fabric has a subtle grain which accentuates the linearity of the sofa's slanted arms and curved back, a detail echoed by the curved back legs of the piece.
