Description:
A coat hanger designed and made by the Auböck workshop, Vienna, Austria, Circa 1960. The hanger is made of solid walnut wood whilst the hook is cast brass. The metal hook is fixed to the wooden body by two brass screws. Towards the bottom of the triangular section of wood a slender oval has been carved out. This allows room for a scarf as well as a coat to hang or a blazer and pair of trousers. Wood stamped with the Auböck signature and Made in Austria.
