A large sand cast solid brass dish designed by Carl Auböck II. Although originally designed to be an ashtray the size of the object also allows it to be used as a vide poche for spare change, keys, cufflinks etc...
The biomorphic shape of the bowl makes it not only practical but pleasurable to use and clean -the form is very tactile.
Boasts an interesting patina all over and fully stamped Auböck, Made in Austria.
