Refund policy

Any item bought online can be returned within 14 days. The item must be in the same condition as when it arrived and in the original packaging. If you would like to return an item please do not use it, as we will not be able to accept the return if it has been used in any way.

Some pieces are made to order and will be made to your instructions, for these pieces we cannot accept returns.

Any shipping/delivery costs are not the responsibility of Sigmar.

If you decide to send something back we will recommend sending it registered mail to make sure we get it. If we do not receive the returned item in a good condition we cannot issue any refunds.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. If your order falls within this 14-day period and you would like to request a refund, please click here.
