Description

A sculptured solid walnut object for holding straws or bread sticks which also houses a solid brass corkscrew. Designed and made by Auböck II in Vienna, Austria, circa 1950. Both the wood and metal elements have lovely ‘depth’ -a
patina -achieved over years of use- built up of many minute blemishes and
speckles.
