Cutting Platter and Knife

Description

A vintage cutting and serving board with knife designed and made by Carl Auböck II, Vienna, circa 1950.
The board is sculptured from solid walnut and features a handle so that items may be presented on the platter. A dark tan brown leather strap holds the accompanying knife which is stainless steel and woven with cane.
Both knife and board bear the Auböck mark, the knife is also stamped 'Stainless Austria'.
