Hexagonal Teak Mirror,
Denmark, C. 1950
Description
A hexagonal vintage wall mirror with natural string hanging strap, made in Denmark, circa 1950. The mirror is made of sections of solid teak wood which are joined together using finger joints. This exposed construction, the braided string strap and the tapering of the wood towards the front of the mirror are the only apparent details of the piece. Their subtlety makes the design an item that will work well in any interior. The colour and grain of the teak is fantastic. In overall very good condition.
