Rosewood & Leather Mirror Denmark 1950s

Description

A large round vintage wall mirror made in Denmark, circa 1950. The mirror is made of sections of solid rosewood which are joined together using finger joints. A tan leather inlay bands the outer circumference of the mirror. The exposed construction, leather strap and the tapering of the wood towards the front of the mirror are the only apparent details of the piece. Their subtlety makes the design quiet and resultantly an item that will work well in any interior.
In overall very good condition, however the mirror -now 70+ years old- has blemished with age.
