Description

A sculptural solid sand-cast brass 'scoop' designed and made by Carl Auböck II, Vienna, circa 1950. The incredibly tactile spoon could be used as a scoop for sweets, ice or something else of this ilk. Simple at first sight, on closer inspection one can observe a plethora or different shapes and curves which result in this quiet yet completely satisfying object.
Stamped with the workshop signature and in excellent original condition.
