Wicker Top Side Table Carl Auböck

Description

Small table with a rectangular top in wicker designed and made by Carl Auböck II, Vienna, Austria, circa. 1950s.

The frame is made from slender steel bars painted black and each leg is finished with a small black rubber foot. The table top is the original vintage and is constructed entirely from tightly woven wicker.
The elongated shape obtained through studied proportions make of it an extremely elegant piece of design.
