Fluted Brass Floor Lamp

Description:

A brass floor lamp with fluted stem, likely made in Denmark during the late 1950s-early 1960s. 

The fluted stem of this elegant floor lamp showcases the patination of the metal beautifully, polished at the high points and darker in the recesses. The base of the lamp has a distinctive green-hued patina, perhaps owing to a higher percentage of copper in the base. 

This light has been fully rewired with a UK standard plug and antique-style woven, brown cord. The lamp is sold with two conical shades.
