The 'Näyttely Junior' dining table was designed  by Carl-Gustaf Hiort af Ornäs, Finland circa 1950.
This large table can comfortably accommodate  up to 8 - 10 people; it has a leaf that extends its width from 185 to 248 cm.
The legs and table top have a similar, considerable and unusual thickness; this use of a nearly modular measure lends to the design a minimal and sober character.
