Description:

A set of six dining chairs designed by Carl-Gustav Hiort af Ornäs and made by Huonekalu Mikko Nupponen Oy of Finland, 1955. All six chairs have solid oak frames, woven cane backs and seats upholstered in an off-white lambskin. The upholstery, completed in a high quality Danish lambskin, has roughly two inches of padding, allowing for hours of long conversation at the dinner table. The newly restored caning supports the back firmly with a comfortable amount of give. Each chair is in excellent condition.
